I designed and animated this 30 second promo for History Channel’s new series, The Lost Gold of the Aztecs. The goal was to integrate the hand-done, texture driven aesthetic of their previous animated promos with the graphics from their latest rebrand, which is type driven, sleek, and graphic. I created handdrawn illustrated assets, vector illustrations, and 3D elements, while emphasizing typography and incorporating footage from the series wherever possible.
